Our founder, Mr. Nawab Ali Khan (Late), is one of the renowned names in the civil engineering society of Pakistan.

With over 40 years of experience in complex civil engineering and commercial projects, he established Concraft Pakistan on a solid foundation of hard work, valued employees, and great leadership.

Mr. Shakir Nawab is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Concraft Pakistan. He is a seasoned civil engineer with over 30 years of experience designing and delivering a wide range of buildings, from residential and commercial complexes to industrial, pharmaceutical, and institutional structures. His specialization includes prefabricated engineered buildings (PEB), Shell roof structures, double tree roofing systems, PT Slab/Beam, piling works, and complex heavy machine foundations.

Under his strong leadership, Concraft Pakistan has grown into a reputable and reliable name in Pakistan’s construction sector, delivering over 120 construction projects that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability.

Mr. Shakir Nawab holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil) from NED University in Karachi. He is a registered professional engineer with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC Reg No: 14076) and continues to contribute to the advancement of engineering excellence within the industry.

Concraft Pakistan being a licensed construction firm from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), complies with all the rules, regulations, and quality standards set by the authority.

Our quality control mechanism involves built-in monitoring and implementation procedures that ensure a reliable construction project. Our procedure begins during the pre-construction phase with in-house plan reviews, accurate budgeting, value engineering services, and subcontractor selection.

After construction has commenced, the project quality is ensured through a series of pre-construction conferences for coordinating the various phases of work and monitoring shop drawings and submittals for adherence to plans and specifications.

The overall quality control procedure blends a concentrated effort of teamwork involving company estimators, project managers, safety directors, and field staff to deliver a successful and fully-compliant construction project.
